About this listen
A former Ford Agency model and actress, Karuna has spent over 40 years studying Yoga, working from the “inside out” towards her certifications with the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), which include Level One, Two, and Three Teacher Training Programs and Prenatal Yoga. An Ayurvedic healing practitioner and ordained Interfaith Minister, Karuna is co-founder of Light on Light Publications and Media and host editor for its magazine’s annual Yoga editions in partnership with the International Day of Yoga Committee at the United Nations.
This week, we will hear about the 10 books that lighted Karuna’s spiritual path.
