Here Flavel uses the necessity of OT sacrifices which pointed forward to the necessity of the blood of Jesus Christ for the true forgiveness of our sins. He opens up the general nature of Christ's Priesthood, and why He is the only one who can bring salvation to those who believe. May your heart be warmed in our Precious Lamb.
