About this listen

Clues to optimal health are found in our ancestors and evolution. Two and a half million years of selection pressure, adaptions and environmental circumstance have created the perfect recipe for human health. We need to recognize this, tap into it and act as our ancestors would but in a modern day context. Our genes expect us to be fit, lean and healthy and by adopting the diet, lifestyle and behaviours of our hunter gather ancestors we can thrive once again as humans. The ancestral man podcast is about getting this information out to the everyday man, about reprogramming their genes to express what nature intended to become exceptional, physical human specimens. We want to help the everyday man thrive through discussions on how to eat better, sleep more soundly, be more active, less stressed to become a better person, parent, partner and human. We want to build a tribe. We want you to join our community, become part of the discussion. Our group has bonded over the tough times of the last few years to develop our values, morals and ultimately our tribe. We all have a deep love of health, fitness and ways to become a better person. Each member brings a certain expertise to the chat in what it means to be an ancestral every day man! It won’t be all health and fitness, we discuss all areas that are required to become a exceptional human in modern world. We hope you enjoy our discussion.Perth Fellas 2022 Hygiene & Healthy Living Politics & Government
