About this listen

Equipped with experience and success in the restaurant biz, Jeff McDonald had a business idea rooted in a desire for easier access to the hard-to-get bourbons he loves. From that brainstorm sparked an evolving concept that’s changing the face of retail and getting national attention as the liquor store that’s an entertainment destination (and serves some of the best pizza in the country!).

Jeff talks about the quick growth of Trevor’s Liquor, his dedication to highlighting lesser-known brands, and the staggering cost of securing a coveted liquor license in Arizona as the fourth location of Trevor’s Liquor is set to open this year.

For this episode, we enjoyed a Paradise City cocktail, made with Tequila Corrido Blanco served by The Mission mixologist Topher Bray, recipe below. Want to see the drinks? You can watch this podcast on YouTube
