• The Truth About Self Love That Most People Never Learn #424
    Mar 17 2026

Self love is not just a motivational phrase. It is a daily practice that shapes your confidence, your relationships, and the future you create for yourself. In this episode, Luke shares powerful insights from his own journey and introduces three practical steps that anyone can start applying immediately.

    1. Mirror Work

One of the most powerful exercises for building self love is mirror work. This exercise requires you to look directly into your own eyes in the mirror and speak truth and compassion to yourself.

Luke teaches a simple structure for this practice using three powerful statements repeated seven times each.

(Your Name) I am proud of you for…

(Your Name) I forgive you for…

(Your Name) I am committed to…

By repeating these statements while looking into your own eyes, you begin to reprogram the subconscious mind and build a deeper relationship with yourself. Luke recommends doing this exercise daily for at least 100 days, and ideally 200 days, to create real transformation.

    2. Communication Through Carefrontation

Healthy self love also requires healthy communication. Luke explains the concept of carefrontation, a way of expressing your feelings honestly while still leading with compassion.

This approach works like a sandwich structure.

First, acknowledge something positive about the person.
Second, share honestly how their behavior affected you or hurt your feelings.
Third, express what you need or how you would like the situation to improve.

This method allows you to stand up for yourself while still maintaining respect and connection.

    3. Action and Consistency

Self love is not only about mindset. It is about action. Real change happens when you show up consistently and apply the practices every day.

Mirror work only works when you commit to doing it. Communication only improves when you practice it. Transformation happens when you take action, even on the days when it feels uncomfortable.

Self love is not a one time realization. It is a daily discipline.

  • 4 Reasons You Have No Self Confidence! Ep 423
    Mar 13 2026

Most people believe confidence is something you either have or you don't. The truth is confidence is something that is built, trained, and strengthened over time. In this episode Luke Mind Power shares the four most common reasons people lose their confidence and what you can start doing today to rebuild it.

Luke explains how many people carry unconscious beliefs formed from childhood experiences, rejection, criticism, or past failures. Over time these beliefs become the inner voice that tells us we are not good enough, smart enough, or capable enough. When this voice is not challenged it slowly erodes self belief.

Another major reason people struggle with confidence is the constant fear of judgement. Many people spend years trying to please others, trying to avoid criticism, and trying to be accepted. The result is that they stop expressing their authentic selves and begin living in a way that feels safe rather than true.

Luke also discusses the impact of negative self talk and how the mind can become programmed to expect failure or rejection. When someone repeats limiting beliefs long enough, the brain begins to treat those beliefs as reality.

Finally Luke talks about the importance of reconnecting with your true identity, your values, your faith, and your purpose. Real confidence does not come from validation, achievements, or external approval. It comes from knowing who you are and standing in that truth regardless of circumstances.

In this episode you will learn:

    • The four main reasons people lose their confidence
    • How childhood experiences can shape your self image
    • Why fear of judgement keeps people stuck and playing small
    • How negative self talk programs your subconscious mind
    • Practical ways to begin rebuilding real confidence

If this episode resonates with you and you feel ready to change your life, Luke and his team work with individuals who are ready to break through self doubt, heal emotional patterns, and step into their true potential.

  • Don’t Blame Your Parents, Become the Role Model #418
    Feb 24 2026

In this deeply personal episode, Luke opens up about fatherhood, emotional maturity, and the transformation that happens when you stop blaming your past and start leading your future.

For a long time, Luke believed he would do the complete opposite of how he was raised. He felt his confidence was not nurtured. He believed emotional availability was missing. His father worked constantly and was not always present in the way he needed as a young boy. There was frustration. There was a story of what he did not receive.

But everything shifted when he heard a perspective that challenged him at his core. Your children will not follow your complaints about the past. They will follow your example in the present. They will not remember what you said you would do differently. They will remember who you were.

Instead of focusing on what was missing, Luke began to see what was modeled. Discipline. Provision. Commitment. Work ethic. Strength. Sacrifice. And that realization changed everything.

In this episode, Luke dives into:

    • Why blaming your parents keeps you stuck in a victim identity
    • How role modelling is more powerful than reacting
    • The hidden strengths inside your upbringing
    • What it truly means to become the standard in your family
    • How to show up as a leader for your children, your partner, your peers, and your audience

This conversation is not about denying pain or pretending everything was perfect. It is about ownership. It is about maturity. It is about understanding that leadership starts with self reflection.

If you are a father, preparing to become one, or simply committed to becoming a stronger man and leader, this episode will challenge you to look in the mirror and ask a powerful question:

What kind of example am I setting?
