About this listen

Over the next year, the Logistics Collective is planning a series of podcasts exploring sustainability and the logistics industry.

In this edition, we focus on the potential within the smaller changes that add to the profitability and sustainability that all LSPs should focus on.

We have a three-way discussion between Malcolm Pope and two industry luminaries in sustainability:

Stephen Fitter is a Logistics and Fleet Decarbonisation Consultant helping organisations to create and implement strategies to transition away from fossil fuel reliance and lessen their emissions. He has extensive experience in leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, project management, and fleet management, working across a wide variety of sectors and industries. He now runs a consultancy business called Focus Net Zero, which brings together all his experience and passion for sustainability, which serves clients on their roadmap to decarbonisation.

Stephen is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics & Transport, a Full Member of the Association of Project Management, and a 2024 FleetWise Trusted Expert.

Benoit Laflamme is a business finance and fleet management professional with 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in Canada, France and the UK. He is focused on TCO optimisation and is driven by strong principles around service excellence, transparency, and strategic partnerships. Recently, he has been looking more intensely at the challenges related to the energy transition. He is collaborating with EVenergi, a software and consultancy firm focused on supporting fleets through their decarbonisation journey. Benoit's passion for optimisation, problem solving and change management making him a great collaborate to support the transformation of the Logistics industry.

The podcast covers what you should be doing and planning for now but also what are the incredible opportunities available for the industry.
