Brady has a varied and diverse resume including time as a Queensland Police Officer, Columnist for the Cairns Post, Director of Performance for Basketball Queensland (North), QBL Head Coach for the Townsville Flames (women) and Port City Power (men), Community Engagement Officer for the Gladstone Regional Council, Firsts Basketball Coach and Director of Athletic Performance at Coomera Anglican College, Ipswich Force NBL1 Head Coach (women), finishing with his current position as GM of IBA. In addition to his storied resume, Brady is a husband and father to his wife and children.
