Gerard John Schaefer was known as a weirdo and a pervert. The girls he went to high school with wanted nothing to do with him. He married and divorced after college and then became a teacher. He was promptly fired for going on wild political rants during class. After that, he decided to become a police officer and because no background check was done, he slipped through the cracks. He was promptly fired from his first job as a cop for stealing women's information and contacting them at home. He went to another district and was hired again. One day, he picked up two girls hitchhiking, drove them to the forest and put nooses around their necks. Before he could kill the girls, he was called away by police radio and the girls escaped. Gerard was arrested and fired but a lenient judge let him out on bail and Gerard became determined to fulfill his sick fantasies without getting caught. Sadly, he succeeded
