In Today’s episode – what is a Charismatic Connection- we are going to explore the likely hood that either one of us would join a cult just to feel seen, understood, safe andsimply to be a part of something bigger then ourselves?

Don’t worry, this isn’t a conspiracy episode. We are not going to convince you to build a compound or drink the Kool-aid we are talking about something much more personal: the Human need for connection, certainty and purpose. So, would you be susceptible to a cult?

In today’s episode we will discuss - Second-hand embarrassment also called Vicarious Embarrassment or empathetic embarrassment.

In the United Kingdom, the United States and in Japan, the prisons have transformed there typical jail cell into geriatric wards, as their population moves into the twilight of their lives, behind cold metal doors. The number of inmates aged 60 and over, has more than tripled since the early 2000’s. Rising to over 5000 in 2020.

Most the cases concerning our elderly in prison originates from the a basic human need to simply secure shelter, meals, some semblance of care and refuge from a perverse world that has forgotten them.

Is there a possible solution to such serious monopolization of manipulation- where the system profits from aging pain and punishment has become a substitute for care?

How do we dismantle a machine that cages the lonely instead of lifting them up?

Our brains reward shared emotional States. Inthe tribes from ancient times being in syn emotionally meant better cooperation during hunts, caregiving and even in defense of the entire tribe.

The contagiousness of laughter ensured individuals who joined the group were more bonded to the group

Does Power and Corruption go Hand and Hand?

Having some small inclination to what power is my question now is “How does one assert power over another, reading about the tyrants in history one would think it is no major achievement to take over an entire civilization or even the coastline of a country

Another definition states corruption is dishonest or illegal behavior especially by powerful people (such as government officials

Words that describe corruption are : DEPRAVITY putrefaction, rot, spoilage

On the other hand Power by definition means the ability to act or produce an effect

Power is to take or possession of control, authority, or influence over others this includes political control or influence

Power is the possession of physical might
