About this listen

In this week's episode I am joined by guests Laura and Becky, to review the 2025 Cdrama "The First Frost", staring Zhang Ruo Nan and Bai Jingting.

This drama was highly anticipated by many, based on the novel of the same name, The First Frost follows the story of Sang Yan (the brother from Hidden Love) and his childhood love Wen Yifan. Although this cdrama runs parallel to Hidden Love, it is a different story with a much darker theme surrounding it.

In this deep dive we discuss general non spoiler thoughts about this drama, as well as spoiler thoughts up to episode 10. We had so MANY notes, and therefore had to divide this episode into 2 parts.

Join us and relive this drama with us.
