 Heres myself and Emma’s podcast on the fear. Our first one done in person so we are a bit giddy. Everyone gets the fear or suffers hangxiety at some stage, and it is the literal worst but we all go through, some worst than others (this girl) 🤓 but take comfort next time your hanging knowing you’re not the only one!!
