Il Rapporto Draghi, pubblicato il 9 settembre, propone profonde riforme della governance e degli obiettivi dell’Unione europea, tra cui una forte centralizzazione delle politiche economiche, un significativo aumento degli investimenti pubblici, l’adozione di misure per l’autonomia strategica; ma mette anche in discussione numerose scelte che sono state qualificanti per la politica europea negli ultimi anni, a partire dal bando del motore endotermico nel 2035.
L’agenda avanzata dall’ex presidente della Bce è quella di cui l’Europa ha bisogno? Le proposte contenute nel rapporto sono realizzabili in pratica? Questo webinar rappresenta un primo tentativo di mettere a fuoco il messaggio che Draghi ha inviato all’Europa e comprendere se, e fino a che punto, esso è compatibile con gli obiettivi della crescita economica e della concorrenza.
