    • 15 min of Scripture (start in Psalms or Proverbs)

    • Confess a sin to your brother.
    • Wake up 30 min earlier for spiritual reps.

    3. Lift with Brothers (Don’t Train Alone):

    • Join a men’s group.
    • Text a brother every day this week with one thing God is teaching you.
    • Ask someone to hold you accountable.

    Men don’t lose their lives in one moment—they surrender them one compromise at a time. What you tolerate in your thoughts, habits, leadership, and household will grow roots and own you tomorrow. You’re either killing it—or it’s killing you.

    ACTION STEPS:
    1. Identify What You've Been Tolerating

    • Hidden sin, lazy patterns, emotional immaturity, spiritual apathy, dishonor in the home.

    2. Confess It and Cut It

    • Repent and eliminate. Not later—now. Cold-turkey courage, not soft excuses.

    3. Build a Zero-Tolerance Code

    • Set the new standard in writing. Post it. Live it. Preach it in your home.

    4. Get a Brother to Check You

    • Accountability isn’t weakness—it’s war strategy. Isolation is compromise’s best friend.
