About this listen

Where weakness is hunted down and destroyed.

TDMP delivers raw truth, real talk, and ruthless discipline for men who are done being soft, passive, and silent. Through biblical masculinity, brotherhood, leadership, marriage, fatherhood, and spiritual growth, the show equips men to reject passivity, fight for what matters, and become the man God designed them to be. This is not self-help for weak men. This is a war cry for men ready to rise, lead, and build.

  • [FOS 3/5] BURN THE CONTRACT | How “Just This Once” Owns You Every Time
    Mar 18 2026

    TEXT US A COMMENT!

WelcomeBack to our 3 rd episode of a 5 part mini series called FREEDOM OF SPEECH - If there is no control there is no freedom.

Temptation doesn’t want a fight, it wants a deal. In Episode 3, we break down the inner negotiations that keep men chained: “just this once,” “not tonight,” “I’ll handle it later.” This is verbal warfare at the source. You stop bargaining with sin, cut the supply line, and take back control before compromise becomes a lifestyle.

QOTD: “First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” - Epictetus

SOTD: Romans 6:12 - “Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, to make you obey its passions.”

    WHY DOES IT MATTER?
Because the cost always comes due.
Character Negotiations over “Just this once” leads to:

    • A double life.
    • A dull conscience.
    • A divided heart.
    • A weakened witness.
    • A fractured marriage.
    • A distracted father.
    • A compromised man.

    TACTICAL APPLICATION:

    1. NAME IT, DON’T NURTURE IT
Call it what it is. Sin. Stop calling it stress relief.
    2. CUT OFF THE SUPPLY
If you keep access, you are still negotiating.
    3. REPLACE AND REINFORCE
When the urge hits, do one replacement action immediately.

    DANGEROUS FOCUS FOR THE WEEK:
Write down the one deal you keep making with your demons.
Then write the new policy under it.

    Examples:

    • “I do not do that anymore.”
    • “I do not touch that.”
    • “I do not go there.”
    • “I do not entertain that thought.”

    This week:

    • Speak the policy out loud daily.
    • Cut one access point.
    • Tell one trusted man.

No terms. No truce. No negotiations.

  • [FOS 2/5] NO MORE EXPLANATIONS | Let Your Yes Be Yes
    Mar 17 2026

    TEXT US A COMMENT!

Welcome back to our 5 part mini series called FREEDOM OF SPEECH - If there is no control there is no freedom.

QOTD - Lucius Annaeus Seneca: “He who is brave is free.”

SOTD - Matthew 5:37 “Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.”

    WHAT IS IT?
Verbal authority is simple speech backed by consistent action.

    • Clear statements.
    • No apology for righteousness.
    • No sales pitch for obedience.
    • No emotional bargaining.

    TACTICAL APPLICATION:

    1. One Sentence Standards
      Say it once. Clean.
      Then stop talking.
If you keep talking, you are negotiating.
    2. Boundary lines
Write 3 sentences you will use this week.
    • “No, I cannot do that.”
    • “That does not work for me.”
    • “I have decided. I am not discussing it further.”

    3. Back it up with action

    • After you speak, prove it with action within 24 hours.
    • If your actions do not match your words, your mouth becomes noise again.

    DANGEROUS FOCUS FOR THE WEEK:
    The No Explanation Challenge.
This week, pick one area you usually over-explain... And Don't!

    Your mission:

    • Give a clear yes or no.
    • One sentence.
    • No defense speech.
    • Follow through with action.

Night debrief, write three lines in your journal:

    • Where did I start to ramble?
    • What was I afraid of?
    • What happened when I stayed clear?

Say less. Mean more. Stand taller.

  • [FOS] SILENCE IS A WEAPON | Stop Leaking Your strength (Ep#1 Mini-series)
    Mar 16 2026

    TEXT US A COMMENT!

Welcome to our 5 part mini series called FREEDOM OF SPEECH - If there is no control there is no freedom.

You’ve got freedom of speech, but without self-control you become a slave. Slave to your emotions. Slave to your impulses. Slave to the need to be understood. In this mini-series we’re cutting the noise, sharpening your words, and turning your mouth into a weapon instead of a liability. Less talking. More authority. No excuses. No negotiations. Your words will either build your life or chain you to weakness.“our words can either be scaffolding to build on or bombs that destroy everything.”

QOTD - Attributed to Marcus Aurelius:
“If it is not right, do not do it. If it is not true, do not say it.”

SOTD (ESV) - “When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent.”
    Proverbs 10:19

    TACTICAL APPLICATION STEPS:

    1. Two Breath Rule
Two slow breaths before you answer.
Ask: “Is this necessary?” If not, shut it down.
    2. Name the Impression
Label your urge to speak before you do so.
    • “That is insecurity.”
    • “That is anger.”
    • “That is ego.”
    • “That is the need to control.”
You are not your impulse. You are the commander.
    1. Three Gate Filter - Before you speak:
    • Is it true?
    • Is it useful?
    • Is it timely?
Fail one gate, it stays in your mouth.

    DANGEROUS FOCUS FOR THE WEEK:

    Silence Fast. One day. Minimum.
Speak only if it is necessary, only if it is true, and only if it is useful.

Night debrief, write three lines in your journal:

    • Where did I feel the urge to fill silence today?
    • What emotion tried to domiate my mouth today?
    • What strength did I keep by staying contained?
