About this listen

This episode is a gentle reflection on the power of honoring your natural rhythm and choosing a life that reflects what matters most.

As I take a six-week summer pause from the podcast, I’m leaning into the spaciousness of this season—traveling to Scotland with my daughter before her final year of high school, and spending precious time with my whole family on a long-awaited beach holiday.

This short solo episode is an invitation to:
— Trust your own timing
— Let rest be part of your rhythm
— Make space for creativity and clarity to rise
— Reflect on the season you're in and what it's asking of you

I also share a favorite poem—For One Who Is Exhausted by John O'Donohue—as a blessing for anyone feeling called to slow down and come home to themselves.
