About this listen

The journey to self love is never easy; especially for us BPD and Bipolar girlies. For me? It was almost unheard of. I struggled with eating disorders, self harm, sexual promiscuity, celibacy, sexual confusion, and self worth from the ripe age of 9 years old. To struggle so long without understanding why or what made me this way I learned to lie and lie a lot to save myself from being judged or put away. But today I share my story from the very beginning as a way to hopefully help a young girl who is struggling as I was; Hell as I still am. xoxo, The Borderline Bipolar Butterfly 🦋Erin Elizabeth Hygiene & Healthy Living Psychology Psychology & Mental Health
