    In Mesa, Arizona a teacher named Tami Staas has sued 4 people for defamation after they inferred that she was a groomer. Staas has LGBTQIA+ / queer everything front and center in and out of the classroom, and when she was called out for it, she sued. Now she’s accusing the defendants of defamation, getting the facts wrong, malice, portraying her in a false light, and intentionally inflicting emotional distress. She has worked in a variety of settings including community-based agencies, residential programs for foster youth, schools, and mental health clinics in multiple roles, including clinical supervisor. In 2017, she had to leave her profession due to a severe disability and when she returned in 2021, so much in the mental health profession changed. The most radical shift was the prevalence of trans-identified teens and how her colleagues were immediately affirming their identities, rather than address underlying issues. Because Pamela was forced to leave her California health care position due to COVID mandates, and continues to cope with moderate chronic pain and can't work a regular full-time schedule, she has been emboldened to speak out on these issues, testify on bills to protect children and parental rights, provide training and resources for parents and like-minded therapists, and provide 1:1 consultation. Pamela has written, "A Practical Response to Gender Distress: Tips and Tools for Families", geared for families who are trying to make sense of the gender issue, and give the practical tips. She has also written a children's book about self-acceptance called Froggy Girl. Pamela is also an op-ed contributor to The Epoch Times and Human Events and has appeared in three documentaries on the harms of gender medicine. Pamela has made several media appearances to discuss these issues on Newsmax, OAN, Outkick, Daily Signal, Epoch Times, PragerU, and The Christian Post.
