 On this episode I am joined by Kingsteignton football clubs manager and founder/ceo of mentality clothing Matt Barrett AKA Gaffer. With lifelong struggles and tragic events Matt has shown resilience and shown that you really can come out on top. Matt has struggled the majority of his years and after the loss of one his dear friends to suicide he took it upon himself to better his life, and in turn has now started his very own business. We talk a lot about mental health and what can be done to help better struggles and what it takes to have a truly strong mentality. Was a pleasure to speak with Gaffer and there are plans to have many more conversations with the Rams boss.
