About this listen

Welcome to Below The Belt

In this episode Gian is joined in the studio by Joe and Harry Freeman from BOXWAVE

Harry and Joe grew up with boxing in their blood. Inspired by movies like Rocky, they found their passion for boxing early on – Harry at 11, chasing a national title under ex-British champion Wayne Elcock, and Joe battling his way through the ranks with relentless dedication.

Their journey isn’t just about boxing, though. A life-changing moment in Albania led them to go vegan, and completely re-aligning their values.

They recently went viral after helping Jacob on his mission to regain his confidence and get stronger after struggling with his weight and bullying.

With their coaching, he’s swapping screen time for bodyweight training, boxing, and running – rain or shine, no excuses.

They are now on a mission to get others to champion the “fighter mentality” in all aspects of life, proving that with hard work and dedication, anything is achievable.
