    Austin Peay State University’s Eriksson College of Education has prepared world-class teachers for almost a century, and now the University is taking a 21st-century approach to that effort with the Grow Your Own program. What started as a way to combat the country’s teacher shortage has grown into a nationally recognized apprenticeship program, with 80 graduates crossing the commencement stage since the project’s inception in 2018.
