It's a veritable grab bag today! We're talking about everything from the weather and the news to social media animal videos and what it would be like if we could really change the world. Maybe we need to *TW* this one? We're checking in to the Hotel Mental Health (such a lovely place, such a lovely face). It's been a real trip these past few weeks, and while we've been navigating it all, the big question is, "you good?" Fate, destiny, karma, good luck, bad luck, or even a sense of universal balance or the simple idea that everything happens for a reason. There are so many names for it - as a concept, a construct, or a fact - but still not everyone knows how they feel about it. We think too much of the formative boomer years as repressed, but were they really? And were they AT ALL compared to the demands for censorship today? We talk a lot about etiquette, manners, and gratitude on this show. We also talk a lot about entitlement. And we're doing it again. The question is whether or not coming from nothing makes a person more or less grateful for what they have, and what they can achieve. Or are people more likely to demand more because they see others with more? What more do people deserve? Do we all deserve more? Who gets to have more? MORE!
