Now that my title grabbed your attention, allow me to expose the lack of coolness of this episode. Today I will be discussing having thick skin.

We all have to set boundaries for various reasons. Today I discuss how you can draw those lines in the sand to avoid being bullied but also avoid crying about little things that don't matter. The new FBI Director, Kash Patel, recently referred to Memphis Tennessee as the "homicide capital of America." Jason "JABO" Long spent 25 years policing that beautiful town, including 17 years as a full time SWAT operator. If you can think of a high-speed, low-drag police job (such as bomb tech), Jabo did it and did it successfully.
