Hello! Welcome to Teacherlance Podcast! This podcast introduces the ideologies behind the podcast on sharing the teaching journey of our host Madison. Madison shares her journey on why becoming a teacher is important along with the struggles of becoming a teacher during a global pandemic. We all know that teaching is one of the most stressful and underpaid professions in the United States. Especially during a global pandemic and a teaching shortage on low salary wages. The goals of the podcast are to share the stories and struggles of teachers, allowing teachers across the globe to not feel alone.  I hope that this podcast inspires other teachers struggling with income on side hustles or alternative methods outside of the classroom to provide for their lifestyles, families, and students.
