 In this episode we talk to Natasha. Late last year Natasha's husband Matt lost his battle with addiction and mental health. Natasha speaks very openly about how Matt's death affected her and her children and gives us a great insight into what it means to live with someone living with addiction. Natasha speaks about how she's supporting her son's to manage their grief and the tools she uses to manage her own grief. This is a great listen.
