Eaddy, Jr., developed a band program that was highly decorated and recognized in spite of the many challenges his students experienced. Dr. Eaddy’s passion is to help build Urban programs, and he has presented nationally on teaching in Title I schools. Tales From the Band Room covers tips and tricks, as well as insight from other educators, learned while teaching in Title 1 schools.
