About this listen
Beanatta Zen is a life and leadership coach who guides individuals through deep personal transformation, emotional healing, and the path to mindful leadership. Originally from Denmark and now based in France, Beanatta's journey began in the academic and political world, where she earned a PhD in political science and worked within the European Commission on leadership and organizational development.
But beneath the surface, unresolved childhood trauma and chronic stress began to surface. That inner turmoil ultimately awakened her intuitive gifts and led her down a path of self-healing and spiritual awakening. In 2011, Beanatta left her high-level career to follow her true calling — helping others reconnect with their inner leader, release pain from the past, and lead with presence and authenticity.
Today, she supports clients through one-on-one coaching and is preparing to launch a six-month leadership program designed for managers and leaders who are ready to heal, grow, and lead from within. Her approach blends mindfulness, life coaching, and deep emotional work to create lasting transformation.
