About this listen

This week’s episode of For The Hayters is a much-needed conversation about queer parenthood, the emotional toll of fertility treatments, and what it means to build a family when the system wasn’t made for you.

Morgan aka Mamo is a queer mom, event planner, and TTC support coach who went through 14 unsuccessful IUIs before her wife conceived their daughter. Together we talk about what it feels like to be "othered" in the healthcare system, the cost of becoming a parent as a queer couple, second parent adoption, and how grief and hope coexist through it all.

Morgan now supports other queer folks on their path to parenthood with tools, coaching, and retreats that center joy, community, and validation.

If you’ve ever felt isolated during your TTC journey or unseen as a queer parent — this episode will remind you that you’re not alone, and your story matters.
