Hey, I’m Charlotte - wellbeing coach, mum and wife who works because I love my job. I was living the chaotic, distracted life of working a full day, while also managing the emotional and mental load of being a mum - trying to make sure that everyone’s needs were met, while forgetting about my own. I was tired of feeling the ’mom guilt’ of having a job I love knowing that it took emotional energy away from my family. I finally realised that if I was going to enjoy my work and my journey of motherhood, I needed to set boundaries and make choices that would make me feel more in control, healthier and happier so that I could be the coach and the mum I wanted to be. I created a resilience plan that fits ME. A way of being that allows me to ride the waves of life with calm, peace and confidence so that I can focus better, be present and enjoy the moment while also finding some me time in amongst the noise. And I am ready to share it with you! If you’re ready to feel less stressed, be more organised and productive at work so you can be more present and patient at home and in the relationships that are most dear to you, then this podcast is for you!     As a working mom of two, Kristen was desperate to find some work life balance and to have a bit more time for herself.

    In this coaching session, she had originally asked for some practical scheduling help so that she could find that balance. But as we dug deeper, she realised what the real issue is and was able to find some relief as I offered her a different perspective on her busy-ness and how she might be able to manage her time.
