Ahhhhhhhh The Big Retreat…such a deliciously nourishing, soul replenishing experience! It was my first time at this festival and woah did it deliver…something very special has been created here.
Such beautiful energy from everyone - it really does attract a magical crowd.
Deep gratitude to the gorgeous souls who I interviewed for this episode after my workshops and shared how the session made them feel….we had a lot of fun recording!
