Audrey is currently working on a degree in psychology with a focus on addiction. However her own journey of weight loss has inspired her to want to help others. Her coaching program: Against All Auds provides her clients with empowering and sustainable approaches to weight loss. On this episode Audrey shares her journey of losing 180 lbs without medication or surgery. She will also be sharing how her relationship with food and her body changed after her body’s most miraculous accomplishment yet- child birth.
