Außerdem sprechen wir viel darüber was Zertifizierungen bringen und wie die Siegel wie das “Bio-Siegel” oder “Fair Trade” überhaupt funktionieren und wer sie erhält. Außerdem sprechen wir darüber wie wir als Konsumierende und die Röstschmiede als Rösterei auf Nachhaltigkeit achten.
