About this listen
This week I chatted with my husband and got his views on what it's like to be the support person for someone that has had weight loss surgery.
This episode will be a great listen for your support person, if you are embarking on a weightloss journey or are currently on one.
Weightloss surgery isn't often an individual process, we need support from people, we need back up and often that is from people closest to us, in my case that is my hubby.
He chats about his thoughts when I mentioned I wanted to have weightloss surgery, he talks about being the positive rational one, what it's like now that my confidence has grown and what that means for our life.
He also talks about how and what he thought when I lost to much weight and why he wants me to move my body when I need to and the benefits that, that allows him as well.
If you don't have a support person during your journey, please reach out to me.
