About this listen

Bo and Pat start off by discussing their surprise about the amount of support they’ve gotten from people about the podcast. Bo tells a story about walking down the street in Chicago talking about how a random guy saw him and mentioned the podcast. They outline the sunday dinner episodes that will drop each week and why they’re doing it. The first sunday dinner segment is highlighted by Bo’s old stories with Brett Favre and his time he spent in Green Bay as an assistant. He talks about how unique of a city that Green Bay is and why he had a good experience there. Bo speaks about Brett Favre’s competitive value by talking about his consecutive game count and his appearance pulling up to games. Bo tells a Favre story about Favre pulling into the parking lot when a few undrafted guys came in sports cars and how he would pick fun with some of their assistant coaches at Green Bay. He talks about Pat when he was a child running up to the altar during Christmas mass at Green Bay and other stories about playoff football at Lambeau Field. Bo also talks about 9/11 and playing in one of the first NFL games after the tragedy and how he’ll never forget the unique experience at Lambeau Field and how that was just one of many historic games that have been played.
