About this listen
Steve Tripp is a tough-as-nails trail runner; the director of some of the coolest trail running events you've never heard of (until now); and an amazing human being from Dunedin, New Zealand. I met him when we both lived for a season of our lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and I'm very pleased to have him on the podcast. In this episode we talk about trail running in New Zealand, some of the events that Steve has participated in, other events that he has helped to found and direct, knee problems, aging versus growing younger, and other stories. After listening you may want to Crush the Cargill, run with the Fools, or try your luck in the Silverstream Spin.
