Der Remscheider Gastronom und Kulturschaffende Maximilian Süss war zu Gast bei Steph Hoffmann.
Endlich lassen die Inzidenzwerte einen Neustart in der Gastronomie und in der Kultur zu. Max Süss zog die Leichentücher wieder von Tischen und Stühlen und widmet sich als Wirt künftig wieder seinen Hauptaufgaben: Also Personalplaner, Psychologe, etc. Die neue Absauganlage im Löf ermöglicht Veranstaltungen mit Publikum, das bei Max' Streams während des Lockdown doch sehr gefehlt hat. Max erzählt, dass er im Rack'n'Roll gerne mit seinen Bällen spielt und auch schon mal den Spagat zwischen "Schwiegertochter gesucht" und "Fußball" schafft. Aber eine brennende Frage bleibt offen: Wie geht es mit Remscheid rockt weiter?
