About this listen

In today's episode we bring you Roberto Cobain, owner of Valley's vintage, hype, and retro store in Downtown Fresno!

Originally Roberto is from Huron, CA.

If you don't know where Huron is, we don't blame you. It is one of those very small Rural towns in the Valley. It's so small it doesn't even have its own High School.

That didn't stop Roberto from pursuing his dreams, and packing his bags and heading to Fresno. Although, many of us here in the Valley think we have to leave elsewhere outside of The Valley, Roberto knew there was a lot more opportunity in Fresno than in Huron.

His story will definitely strike the chord with you, because he started off pursuing something because it was "stable" not because he enjoyed it but ultimately he chose to take the RISK every entrepreneur takes and pursue their desires and try to create a business out of it.

After years in the vintage and clothing business he opened up shop in Downtown Fresno.

One of the important things for Roberto is representation, he wants everyone to know that it doesn't matter if your skin is brown and you're just some kid from a tiny farm town, you can make your dreams a Reality.

We hope you enjoy the show!
