Piwis bezeichnet pilzwiderstandsfähige Rebsorten. Sie bringen einige Vorteile mit sich und werden aus verschiedenen Gründen immer beliebter. Ein sehr traditionelles Produkt wie Sekt, aus Piwi- Trauben zu keltern, ist super spannend. Diese neuartigen Produkte bringen interessante Geschmackserlebnisse zum Vorschein. Die Vermarktung ist dabei ein immens wichtiges Thema.
