  • Session 2: Years ah We!
    Oct 2 2025

This week's session is personal. My lifelong friend (brother) and I sit down to talk about our journey—from Jamaica 🇯🇲 to NYC 🗽. We get real about the highs, the lows, and the bond that got us through it all. This is 'Years ah We', a story about friendship, identity, and home. Please tune in!

  • Session 1: May I Speak?
    Aug 6 2025

After almost a year of procrastination and a duel with self-doubt and fear, I am finally embarking on this new phase of my life. A journey to rediscovering myself and reigniting purpose and a greater sense of self. Through these soulful sessions, I aim to create community by holding space and facilitating conversations that allow us to be our authentic selves in a world that often goes against that very idea. In this session, I share my challenges with being confident and using my voice. This introduction provides a brief glimpse of who I am and why I am embarking on this soulful journey. Filled with trepidation, nervousness, and excitement, I pose the question, May I Speak? May I speak to your soul, our souls? May you join me on this journey? Join the community!
