Welcome to the penultimate episode of Season 1!

Phie McKenzie is a social strategist & the founder of talent agency, Creative Ally. Growing up in Wales, Phie dreamed of being a journalist in the big city and after making the move, became the Editor of Notion magazine! This sparked a love of working with talent and fusing this with her passion of wanting to make a difference, started Creative Ally, a purpose-driven talent agency. In this episode, Phie tells me all about her journey, what it's like to be a founder and also how to create an ever-important social media strategy.
