Well, in 1991, in Channelview, Texas, thirty-six- year-old mother of two, Wanda Holloway, was charged with solicitation of capital murder after she allegedly hired a hitman to try and kill the mother of her thirteen-year-old daughter’s cheerleading rival. However, her hire to murder plot would be ruined after police were informed of her plan.
