Issie is a certified, BPS-approved mindfulness coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and an avid tea collector. She has always been interested in Psychology having gone through her own mental health struggles when she was younger. This led her to her Psychology degree and her experience working in the field. Because of her scientific background, Issie likes to combine evidence-based work with spirituality in a way that’s both practical and also deeply personal. Issie works with individuals who want to slow down but don’t know how/where to begin, who want to connect with who they are beneath all the external labels, and those who want to discover a more compassionate and gracious relationship with themselves.
