    TOM working in the maintenance shop loses his thumb on the turning lathe only for amenities cleaner MINGER to find the thumb while sweeping the bloody mess popping it into a jar of dirty Clyde river water sealing it and starting the chain of events that will become the Urban Myth of The Hairy Thumb.

    DROOPY has been laid to rest and the retiring MINGER has left SMIDDY his Hairy thumb only now being pursued by FEELY BUM with his claim to the magical filanges.

    LARRY the plumber has been convinced by electrician and self-styled spiv BILLY BROON that he can levitate, walk on water and predict the result of horserace’s through his spirit guide much to the workforce’s laughter and entertainment.
