 La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum pidió al Congreso que se cambie la Constitución para proteger la soberanía mexicana ante posibles intromisiones o intervenciones desde el extranjero en territorio nacional, ya sea por aire, mar o tierra. La jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, Clara Brugada Molina, explicó que la reforma al Código Fiscal -aprobada a finales de 2024- no busca expropiar propiedades para la política de vivienda de su administración, sino actualizar el padrón catastral. Fueron vinculados a proceso Lucio 'N' y Diana 'N', padres del bebé abandonado en el municipio de Tultitlán, Estado de México.
