If you are with yourself, you don’t have to take on anyone else’s stuff…that’s the theme of this episode! Sara Cate and Ashley both give practical exercises to help you stay within yourself so you don’t have to take on other people’s “stuff”. It’s our responsibility to take care of the experience we are having, and we can support ourselves as we learn how to stay. Feeling deeply doesn’t mean we have to carry other people’s experiences with us. As always, the goal with this episode is to provide support to you in your journey of staying with yourself through it all- the joys and the tough times.

Why do we get so scared when people change their minds? OR what is even scarier is when we decide to change ours! How do we know when we need a change, in relationship, in work, in life? What does it mean to give ourselves permission to be uncertain about that change? Sara Cate + Ashley explore what it means to stay in integrity with our own knowing in our bodies when something feels like we need to change course. Ashley is off to Atlanta, folks! These two explore her personal transition, and how she allowed her mind and body change directions with her next move. As Sara Cate says " be firm in your intention and free in your form" which means journaling something like Ashley said, "this or better". We can put ourselves on a path and allow that to change direction at any moment, change is already scary we don't need to make it worse by not allowing ourselves to honor what new directions might be better.

Sara Cate + Ashley love love! And in this very open discussion, they talk about how the process of falling in love, being in love, and falling out of love requires compassion and understanding. They ask questions like: How can we be honest about what choice we want to make and not ignore what we’re feeling? And is it a red flag still if the other person is self-aware enough to be moving through their process with connection to how they want to heal for themselves? And as always, they bring it back to the importance of finding agency in our own body, gaining information, and ultimately moving forward without shame or judgment for the decisions we’ve made.
