Morgan graduated with a First-Class MEng in Aero-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in 2021 and began her engineering career as a Graduate Engineer at Babcock International Group. Since graduating, Morgan has progressed through roles as an In-Water Engineering Project Engineer before stepping into her current engineering management role.
