Mark left school in 2020 and joined Aggreko as a Graduate Apprentice in Electrical Power Engineering. Since then, he has completed his apprenticeship, achieved a First-Class BEng (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University, and now works as an Electrical Engineer.

In this episode, Mark shares his journey from leaving school to securing a graduate apprenticeship with Aggreko, reflecting on the experiences that have shaped his career so far. From working at the Commonwealth Games to the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia, his story highlights the global opportunities available through apprenticeships.
