Self care is the act of taking care of yourself holistically and putting your needs first.
We hear it all the time now —and actually we see them all the time on social media and skin care products, fizzy bath bombs, yoga poses, meditation,journally and more. All of these things are important and they seem easy to do , right??
Self-caretake care of yourself so you can stay physically, mentally,energetically and emotionally well.
