In today's episode I 6 different areas of your self-love life and ask you to score them on a scale from 1-10 and give you small steps you can take to improve scores in your lowest areas. Now I want to make sure that you approach this from a place of grace and understanding.
It is important that even if you "fail" the self-love audit it's not because you're not doing enough and I never want you to feel guilty about it but rather approach it as an exercise in grace and compassion for yourself. Remember, self love is not a luxury, it's a necessity.
