About this listen
In this week's episode, I discuss when people who are experiencing mental health problems should seek support. I don't mean seeing a therapist because therapy doesn't always work, but talking to someone, anyone, might be the best course of action. Additionally, I include Jason from the podcast Jason's Hot Takes, Franky McCarthy, Boy NBN, and Zama K, all of whom are associated with the Records Broken music label, which is based in Newcastle, South Africa. They all leave me voice messages in which they express their opinions on mental health. This week, I specifically focused on one story from a man who was being manipulated by a girl despite not having any support from his family.
