For as long as she can remember every year when the clocks roll back and the daylight dwindles actress and comedian Violet Benny has lost her shine. Feeling depleted from a lifelong battle with SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder - Violet went in search of something that could help. Told through the voices of 10 women, SPARK delves into themes of identity, loss, love, and growth. It reveals true life-changing moments were divine intervention or instinct takes control, leading to a spark that nurtures the spirit and lights the path ahead.
